Installation Instructions

1.Before installation, be sure to turn off the power supply of the milling machine. Don't install the power feed under live condition.

2.The product is supplied by AC110V 50/60Hz (Please
 prepare the required power supply for the product). 

3.The product is provided with overload protection, the power supply will be cut out in case of overload or stuck. It can be reset automatically by restarting the power switch.

4.Check whether spiral gear oil is enough when carrying out maintenance. Open the carbon brush cover semiannually to check whether the carbon brush is worn. If the length is less than 7mm,it is recommended to replace the two sets of carbon brushes at the same time.

Manual and Automatic Control

This multifunctional power feed for milling machine can be set to work automatically at a constant speed, or it can work by adjusting the speed adjustment knob.

The speed adjustment efficiency is fast. When milling, the transmission speed changes little, and the milling surface has high precision and smoothness. The machine will not shake when it is driven at low speed.

Easy Installation

This power feed can work with almost any horizontal knee type mill and other small mills with the same mounting pattern and a 5/8" diameter shaft on the end.
