This multifunctional power feed for milling machine can be set to work automatically at a constant speed, or it can work by adjusting the speed adjustment knob. And the circuit breaker automatically protects the transmission gear and electronic components during the whole process.

The speed adjustment efficiency is fast. When milling, the transmission speed changes little, and the milling surface has high precision and smoothness. The machine will not shake when it is driven at low speed.

Power Feed Z-Axis

This power feed Z-axis for milling machine is made of tough aluminum, which is strong and durable. Its surface has been specially treated such as polishing to resist corrosion and abrasion, which allows it to maintain a long service life.

Installation Precautions:

1. Before installation,be sure to turn off the power supply of the milling machine. Don't install the power feed under live condition.
2. The product is supplied by AC110V 50/60Hz (Please
 prepare the required power supply for the product).If the product is used in a region not in conformity with the national power supply, please prepare a transformer, avoid using incorrect power supply and result in damage of the product.
3. The product is provided with overload protection, the power supply will be cut out in case of overload or stuck. It can be reset automatically by restarting the power switch.
4. Check whether spiral gear oil is enough when carrying out maintenance. Open the carbon brush cover semiannually to check whether the carbon brush is worn. If the length is less than 7mm,it is recommended to replace the two sets of carbon brushes at the same time.
5.
